It’s important to me with The Yuck to get exercise. I may kick and scream some days before I do do it but the part that matters is doing it whether it’s yoga, running, stretching, weights, jump-roping. The Yuck really takes a lot out of me some days, where I have to sleep longer and do less than I’d ideally like to do. But as long as I’m not just exercising the worry running circles around in my mind or the anxiety running courses down the lengths of my arms and legs, it’s better. This too shall pass. It will get better.
And I’d be a fool not to say that matching my water bottle to my shorts makes me feel better too.
